Pricing and Billing
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance. Please keep in mind that we do add your exact shipping charges to your order in addition to your product totals. We do not charge this is advance as we try to give you the best price through 3 different shipping avenues, settling on the best price with your delivery date in mind.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. Please note that this invoice will not include your shipping cost. We include a paper copy of your invoice and a packing list within your shipped order, as well as your credit card receipt slip.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged the same day that we ship your item(s). Please note that the shipping will be charged in addition to the cost of your order. Again, we choose the least expensive option using Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS with respect to your delivery time frame.
