SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped UPS ground. 

Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. 

We charge UPS prices with no handling fees.  

RETURNS:

No returns are accepted without prior authorization.

No returns on Chocolate Melter, molds, candy sugar decorations, dusting powders, or opened merchandise.

Claims must be made within 10 business days of purchase. 

All returns are for store credit only and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
